Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your Altrive toys right to your doorstep.
Product & Safety
Are your toys safe for children of all ages? Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Most of our toys are made with BPA-free, non-toxic materials. Please check the specific age recommendations on each product page to ensure the toy is suitable for your child’s developmental stage.
How should I clean the toys? For plastic or wooden toys, a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap is usually best. For plush items, please refer to the specific care label. We recommend regular cleaning to keep your child's play area hygienic.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want every child (and parent) to be happy with their Altrive purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
